NYP Rural

NYP Rural is a long established company having started in 1951 as Warmington Bros selling livestock and real estate with Berri and Doug Warmington. The livestock arm has long gone but the rural real estate side is still going strong.

NYP Rural has been successfully conducting many broad acre and clearing sales and negotiating leases for farm land. We are proud of the results we have achieved for our Vendors.

The NYP Rural team is headed by Chris Wardle a former Stock Agent and Real Estate agent with over 35 years experience, Brenton Brind an Auctioneer and Real Estate Agent with 20 years experience, Michael Window a Real Estate Agent with 25 years experience and Ian Macaskill a Real Estate Agent with 15 years experience. Chris, Brenton, Michael and Ian are all Directors of NYP Rural Real Estate.

Farming has become much diversified and a somewhat complex operation and when it is time to leave the land, you need an exit strategy to suit your situation. You may wish to sell the whole farm, a portion of the farm, lease the land, conduct a clearing sale, put in place share farm agreement, whatever your situation we at NYP Rural will be able to tailor an individual sales plan for you. We encourage working with your Accountant, Solicitor and or Financial adviser to give you the best possible results.

NYP Rural has no other interest other than being your Real Estate Agent, it’s not about chemicals or stock it’s about achieving the best possible result for your real estate asset. Utilize the knowledge of NYP Rural as an alternative solution to your farming, viticulture, leasing or clearing sale needs. NYP Rural covers a vast area from the Yorke Peninsula to the Mid North and Clare District.
